摘要
目的 探究特定电磁波灸疗贴联合康复训练对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎屈曲活动度的影响.方法 选取该院2020年2月—2021年3月收治的154例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组77例.对照组采用康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用特定电磁波灸疗贴治疗.比较两组治疗效果、腰椎屈曲活动度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry腰痛功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)及日本骨科协会评估治疗(Japanese orthopaedic association,JOA)评分变化.结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.10%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预前,两组腰椎屈曲活动度、VAS、ODI及JOA评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组前屈及后伸角度均高于对照组,VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 特定电磁波灸疗贴联合康复训练可有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者临床相关症状,减轻疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the effect of specific electromagnetic wave moxibustion patch combined with rehabilitation training on lumbar flexion motion of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 154 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided intoan observation group and acontrol group according to the random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training.On this basis,the observation group was treated with specific electromagnetic wave moxibustion patch.The treatment effects,lumbar flexion range of motion,pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and changes in the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.10%,which was higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of lumbar flexion mobility,VAS,ODI and JOA scores(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's flexion and extension angles were higher than those of the control group,the VAS and ODI scores were lower than those of the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Specific electromagnetic wave moxibustion patch combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce pain,and promote the recovery of lumbar spine function.It is worthy of promotion and application.
