摘要
目的研究中药外敷联合特定电磁波照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法选取147例LDH患者为研究对象,随机分为三组,各49例。分别予以单独中药外敷(中药外敷组)、单独特定电磁波(TDP)照射(TDP照射组)以及中药外敷联合TDP照射(联合治疗组)治疗;对比三组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前三组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后三组VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);联合治疗组降低幅度大于其他两组(P<0.01)。联合治疗组临床总有效率均高于其他两组(P<0.0166)。结论中药外敷联合特定TDP照射治疗LDH效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,有利于促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of topical application of traditional Chinese medicine plus the irradiation of a specific electromagnetic wave in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods A total of 147 LDH patients were randomly divided into three groups,each with 49 cases.One group received external application of Chinese medicine(Chinese medicine group),the other received the irradiation of a specific electromagnetic wave(irradiation group)and the another did both of external application of Chinese medicine and the irradiation of a specific electromagnetic wave(combination group),respectively in the treatment.Contrast of therapeutic effects of the three groups was done after treatment. Results Before treatment,no statistical difference in the visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score existed among the three groups ( P >0.05).The VAS pain score of the three groups significantly reduced after treatment( P <0.01).And the VAS pain score of combination group reduced much more compared to the Chinese medicine group and irradiation group.Total effective rate of combination group was higher than those of the Chinese medicine group and irradiation group( P <0.0166). Conclusion External application of traditional Chinese medicine and the irradiation of a specific electromagnetic wave could alleviate pain and promote prognosis in therapy for LDH.
