摘要
目的探讨社交技能训练在康复期精神分裂症患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年6月—2021年1月该院收治的78例康复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各39例.对照组采用常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上采用社交技能训练,均持续干预8周.对比两组干预前后的社会功能与生活质量.结果干预前,两组住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(scale of social function in psychosis inpatients,SSPI)、社交技能评定目录(social skills checklist,SSC)、精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(schizophrenia quality of life scale,SQLS)评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组SSPI评分高于干预前,SSC、SQLS评分均低于干预前,且试验组SSPI评分高于对照组,SSC、SQLS评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论社交技能训练能够改善康复期精神分裂症患者的社会功能,提升生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of social skills training in patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.Methods A total of 78 patients with schizophrenia during convalescence admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a test group according to a random number table,with 39 cases in each group.The control group used conventional intervention,and the experimental group used social skills training on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to intervene for 8 weeks.The social function and quality of life of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before the intervention,the two groups of scores of scale of social function in psychosis inpatients(SSPI),social skills checklist(SSC),schizophrenia quality of life scale(SQLS)were compared,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SSPI scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the SSC and SQLS scores were lower than those before the intervention,the SSPI scores of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the SSC and SQLS scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Social skills training can improve the social functions of patients with schizophrenia during convalescence and enhance the quality of life.
