摘要
目的研究分析阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症的效果。方法以2018年12月—2020年8月收集该院100例以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者作为该次研究对象,根据动态随机分组法,分成研究组50例,参照组50例。研究组给予阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗,参照组给予阿立哌唑联合安慰剂治疗。观察两组患者的不良反应发生率情况、疾病治疗情况及简明精神病评定量表情况。结果参照组的不良反应发生率72.00%高于研究组的不良反应发生率40.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.398,P=0.001)。参照组的疾病治疗总有效率为80.00%低于研究组94.00%的治疗总有效率,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037)。参照组的BPRS总分(43.55±6.95)分高于研究组(31.25±3.59)分,组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.119,P<0.001)。结论以阴性症状为主的慢性精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑联合舍曲林治疗可以改善不良反应发生率,提高疾病的治疗效果,保证患者的精神情况得到有效改善,实现患者的疾病积极干预,提高患者生活质量,此治疗方式适用于临床推广使用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia with negative symptoms.Methods Based on the time base from December 2018 to August 2020,100 patients with chronic schizophrenia with negative symptoms in the hospital were collected as the research object and the main body of the study.According to the dynamic randomization method,they were divided into study group 50 cases,50 cases in the reference group.The study group was treated with aripiprazole combined with sertraline,and the reference group was treated with aripiprazole combined with placebo.Observed the incidence of adverse reactions,disease treatment and the brief mental illness rating scale of the two groups of patients.Results The adverse reaction rate of 72.00%in the reference group was higher than that of the study group 40.00%,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.398,P=0.001).The total effective rate of disease treatment in the reference group was 80.00%,which was lower than the total effective rate of 94.00%in the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P=0.037).The toal score of BPRS in the reference group was(43.55±6.95)points higher than that of the study group(31.25±3.59)points,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=11.119,P<0.001).Conclusion The treatment of chronic schizophrenia with negative symptoms with aripiprazole combined with sertraline can improve the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the treatment effect of the disease,ensure that the patient's mental condition is effectively improved,to achieve active intervention of patients'diseases and improve the quality of life of patients,this treatment method is suitable for clinical promotion and use.
