摘要
目的探讨基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折(FNF)患者中的应用价值.方法选择2018年4月—2021年4月该院收治的82例老年FNF患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组采用常规围手术期护理,观察组采用基于ERAS理念的康复护理,两组均持续干预至术后3个月.对比两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况、髋关节功能及生活质量.结果观察组术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后72 h疼痛视觉模拟评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,且术后3个月Harris髋关节功能评分量表评分及生活质量综合评定问卷中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于ERAS理念的康复护理能够有效减轻老年FNF患者的术后疼痛程度,缩短术后康复时间,促使髋关节功能恢复,提升生活质量,且并发症发生风险较低,临床应用价值高.
Objective To explore the application value of rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in elderly patients with fetal neck fracture(FNF).Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with FNF who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of ERAS.Both groups continued to intervene until 3 months after operation.The postoperative recovery,complications,hip joint function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of first getting out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the pain visual analogue scale score at 72 hours after operation and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,the Harris hip score and the scores of each dimension in generic quality of life inventory-74 at 3 months after operation were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of ERAS can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of elderly FNF patients,shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,promote the recovery of hip joint function,improve the quality of life,and has a low risk of complications and high clinical application value.
