摘要
目的分析中医康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月该院收治的84例老年股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,经抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组42例.两组均接受闭合复位内固定术治疗,对照组予以基础康复护理,研究组予以中医康复护理,比较两组的临床指标、髋关节功能评分量表(HHS)、疼痛数字评分量表(NRS)评分、术后并发症发生情况.结果研究组护理后Pauwels角度(30.41±0.32)°低于对照组的(34.75±0.44)°,骨折愈合时间、绝对卧床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理后HHS评分高于对照组,护理后NRS评分低于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医康复护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折术后患者可加快康复进程,减轻疼痛、促进髋关节功能恢复,并降低术后并发症发生风险.
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in postoperative elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 84 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and a research group by a lottery method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with closed reduction and internal fixation,the control group was given basic rehabilitation nursing,and the research group was given traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.The clinical indicators,Harris hip score(HHS),numerical rating scale(NRS)scores and postoperative complications occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The Pauwels angle after nursing of the research group was(30.41±0.32)°,lower than(34.75±0.44)°of the control group,the fracture healing time,absolute bed rest time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the HHS score after nursing was higher than that of the control group,NRS score after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing in the postoperative patients with femoral neck fracture can accelerate the rehabilitation process,reduce pain,promote the recovery of hip function,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
