摘要
目的探讨阿胶白芨三七粉灌肠联合美沙拉嗪在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的应用价值.方法选择2019年1月—2021年12月该院收治的50例UC患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25).对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用阿胶白芨三七粉灌肠治疗.治疗4周后,对比两组黏膜病变情况、疾病活动性、炎症反应以及不良反应.结果治疗4周后,观察组Baron评分、改良Mayo评分系统中排便次数、便血、内镜发现、医师总体评价评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗4周后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论阿胶白芨三七粉灌肠联合美沙拉嗪能够有效减轻UC患者的黏膜病变程度,调节TNF-α、CRP、IL-8、IL-10水平,改善临床症状,且安全可靠.
Objective To explore the application value of Ejiao Bletilla Notoginseng powder enema combined with mesalazine in patients with ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 50 UC patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group(n=25)and an observation group(n=25)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with mesalazine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Ejiao Bletilla Notoginseng powder enema on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the mucosal lesions,disease activity,inflammatory response and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the Baron score,and the scores of defecation frequency,blood in the stool,endoscopic findings and physician's overall evaluation in the modified Mayo scoring system in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein and interleukin-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the level of IL-10 was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ejiao Bletilla Notoginseng powder combined with mesalazine can effectively reduce the degree of mucosal lesions in patients with UC,regulate the levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-8 and IL-10,improve clinical symptoms,and it is safe and reliable.
