摘要
目的观察双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的效果。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月我院收治的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、肠道菌群、炎症反应指标进行比较,并记录不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床症状改善总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量均多于对照组,肠球菌数量少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α为(19.37±6.52)ng/L,白细胞介素-6为(36.41±8.33)pg/mL,超敏C-反应蛋白为(24.57±6.55)mg/L,均低于对照组的(29.98±7.65)ng/L、(48.39±7.25)pg/mL、(38.19±7.94)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者经双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗后,疗效显著,可恢复肠道菌群平衡,减轻炎症反应,且安全性良好。
Objective Observation of the effect of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsules combined with Mesalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods Selecting 100 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 as the research subjects,divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets,the observation group was treated with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules in addition to the control group.The clinical efficacy,intestinal flora,and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results The effective rate of improving clinical symptoms in the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00%in the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the observation group was more than that in the control group,while the number of Enterococcus was less than that in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,tumor necrosis factor-α(19.37±6.52)ng/L,interleukin-6(36.41±8.33)pg/mL,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(24.57±6.55)mg/L were lower than(29.98±7.65)ng/L,(48.39±7.25)pg/mL,(38.19±7.94)mg/L in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions between two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with bifidobacterium triple viable capsules combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets,patients with ulcerative colitis showed significant therapeutic effects,can restore the balance of intestinal flora,reduce inflammation,and have good safety.
