摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是常见的消化系统疾病之一,临床上除了肠道的表现,还可合并于肠道之外的病变。笔者认为湿热是溃疡性结肠炎肠外表现的核心病机,湿热阻络,侵犯关节;湿热酿毒,浸淫肌肤;湿热上传,熏灼目窍;湿热上扰,熏灼于口。因此,清热利湿是治疗溃疡性结肠炎肠外表现的关键。
Ulcerative colitis is one of the common digestive system diseases,which can not only be associated with intestinal manifestations,but also be associated with intestinal lesions.The author believes that damp-heat is the core pathogenesis of extraintestinal manifestations of ulcerative colitis,damp-heat blocking collaterals,invading joints;damp-heat brewing poison,soaking the skin;damp-heat upload,fumigating eye orifices;damp-heat disturbance,fumigation in the mouth.Therefore,clearing heat and promoting dampness is the key to the treatment of extra-intestinal manifestations of ulcerative colitis.
