摘要
目的探讨团体康复护理对酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者自尊感及社会功能的影响.方法选取该院2018年4月—2021年6月收治的98例酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施团体康复护理.比较两组戒酒情况、自尊感、领悟社会支持能力、社会功能及自我护理能力.结果护理1、3个月后,观察组酒精戒断状态评定量表中植物神经分量表、精神症状分量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组自尊感、领悟社会支持能力、社会功能及自我护理能力对比,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理3个月后,观察组自尊量表、领悟社会支持量表、社会功能评定量表中各维度评分、自我管理能力测定量表中各维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论团体康复护理能够有效促进酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者戒酒,增强自尊感及领悟社会支持能力,改善社会功能,不断提高自我护理能力.
Objective To explore the impact of group rehabilitation care on self-esteem and social functioning in patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioural disorders.Methods 98 patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioural disorders admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to June 2021 were selected for the study and were divided into a observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group used conventional care and the observation group implemented group rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.Compare the two groups in terms of abstinence,self-esteem,ability to appreciate social support,social functioning and self-care.Results After 1 and 3 months of care,the scores on the vegetative nerve subscale and psychiatric symptom subscale of the alcohol withdrawal state rating scale were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before care,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of self-esteem,ability to appreciate social support,social functioning and self-care(P>0.05).After 3 months of care,the observation group scored higher than the control group on the self-esteem scale,the appreciative social support scale,each dimension of the social functioning scale and each dimension of the self-management ability measurement scale,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote alcohol abstinence in patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders,enhance self-esteem and comprehend social support ability,improve social function,and continuously improve self-care ability.
