摘要
目的探讨格林模式联合微信平台对老年髋部骨折患者康复的影响。方法将186例老年髋部骨折患者按入院时间先后分为对照组与观察组各93例。对照组实施常规康复护理,观察组在此基础上采用格林模式联合微信平台的连续康复护理,比较干预前后患者康复知信行、日常生活自理能力及髋关节Harris评分。结果干预后观察组康复知信行各维度得分、日常生活自理能力及髋关节Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施格林模式联合微信平台的多学科协作康复护理模式能够有效提升老年髋部骨折患者康复知识,改变其康复态度与行为,提高其日常生活自理能力及髋关节功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the PRECEDE-PROCEED model combining WeChat platform on recovery of older patients after hip fracture.Methods A total of 186 older patients after hip fracture were randomly assigned into two groups,with 93 cases in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation care,while the experimental group received rehabilitation care using the PRECEDE-PROCEED model combining WeChat platform.Knowledge-attitude-behavior(KAP)towards rehabilitation,self-care ability and hip function measured by the Hip Harris Score(HIS)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results The scores of KAP and self-care ability,as well as the HIS score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The use of the PRECEDE-PROCEED model combining WeChat platform in multidisciplinary rehabilitation improves older patients′knowledge towards rehabilitation,alters their attitude and behavior,thus to enhance their self-care ability and hip function.
