摘要
目的探讨缺血性脑血管疾病(ICVD)患者采用川蛭通络胶囊联合中医康复疗法治疗的临床疗效.方法将2020年5月—2022年5月我院收治的90例ICVD患者纳为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例.对照组采用中医康复疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用川蛭通络胶囊治疗,均连续治疗4周.比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、神经功能、日常生活能力及血液流变学指标.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,较对照组的80.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的半身不遂、肢体软弱、偏身麻木、舌歪语蹇积分均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分较对照组低,Barthel指数评分较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论ICVD患者采用川蛭通络胶囊联合中医康复疗法的治疗效果确切,有利于恢复其神经功能,加快血液循环,改善临床症状,提高日常生活能力,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD)with Chuanzhi Tongluo capsule combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy.Methods 90 cases of ICVD patients admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were included in the study,and were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with Chuanzhi Tongluo capsule on the basis of the control group,and both were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,neurological function,daily living ability and blood rheology indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemiplegia,limb weakness,deviated body numbness,and tongue distortion and speech disorder scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The National Institute of Health stroke scale scores were lower and Barthel index scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ICVD patients with Chuanhe Tongluo capsule combined with Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy is effective,which is conducive to restoring their neurological functions,accelerating blood circulation,improving clinical symptoms and enhancing their daily living ability,and is worth promoting.
