摘要
目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤联合穴位贴敷治疗中风恢复期患者的效果.方法选取2020年7月—2022年7月本院收治的中风恢复期患者78例,以随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=39)采用穴位贴敷治疗,观察组(n=39)采用黄芪桂枝五物汤联合穴位贴敷治疗.对比两组的脑血流动力学、神经功能、日常生活活动能力及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,观察组的平均血流速度、最大峰值流速分别为(54.92±6.84)cm/s、(88.34±10.26)cm/s,均大于对照组的(48.67±6.13)cm/s、(79.45±9.02)cm/s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(3.92±0.75)分,低于对照组的(5.72±1.18)分,日常生活活动能力量表评分为(78.46±7.10)分,高于对照组的(72.91±6.03)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的血管阻力指数、搏动指数比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应.结论黄芪桂枝五物汤联合穴位贴敷治疗中风恢复期患者的效果理想,可改善其脑血流动力学及神经功能,提高日常生活活动能力,安全可行,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupoint application on stroke patients in convalescent period.Methods 78 patients with stroke in convalescent period admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=39)was treated with acupoint application,and the observation group(n=39)was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupoint application.The cerebral hemodynamics,neurological function,ability of daily living and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the average blood flow velocity and maximum peak flow velocity in the observation group were(54.92±6.84)cm/s and(88.34±10.26)cm/s,respectively,which were higher than(48.67±6.13)cm/s and(79.45±9.02)cm/s in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the National Institute of Health stroke scale in the observation group was(3.92±0.75)points,lower than(5.72±1.18)points in the control group,and the score of the activities of daily living was(78.46±7.10)points,higher than(72.91±6.03)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in vascular resistance index and pulsation index between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with acupoint application has ideal effect in the treatment of stroke convalescence patients.It can improve cerebral hemodynamics and nerve function,and improve the ability of daily living activities.It is safe and feasible,and worthy of clinical popularization.
