摘要
目的探讨心理疏导和心理暗示护理在火针治疗脑卒中和肌肉痉挛患者治疗中发挥的作用。方法选取2018年5月—2018年12月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属医院脑病康复三科的中风后伴有肌肉痉挛症状的患者80例作为研究对象,按照入院日期的奇偶顺序分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者治疗过程中采取常规护理方式,观察组患者治疗中在常规护理基础上增加心理疏导和心理暗示护理,对比两组患者护理后疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抑郁评分量表(HAMD)评价情况。结果护理完成后观察组患者的NRS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后HAMA、HAMD评分,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组对焦虑、抑郁评分的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导和心理暗示护理在脑卒中和肌肉痉挛火针的治疗中能够起到良好的辅助作用,有利于调节患者的心理状态,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the role of psychological counseling and implied nursing in the treatment of stroke and muscle spasm.Methods Eighty patients with stroke who had muscle spasm from May 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.Eighty patients were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group according to the parity order of the admission date.In the observation group,the control group received routine nursing during the treatment.The observation group increased the psychological counseling and psychological suggestive care on the basis of routine nursing.The two groups of patients were compared with the post-treatment pain score scale numerical score(NRS)score.Results After the completion of nursing,the average score of the numerical score scale(NRS)of the pain score scale was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups after nursing and before treatment(P<0.01);The improvement of anxiety and depression scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological counseling and psychological suggestion nursing can play a good auxiliary role in the treatment of stroke and muscle spasm,which is conducive to regulating the psychological state of patients and improving the treatment effect.
