摘要
目的探讨综合康复治疗联合关节功能恢复器(CPM)应用于下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍患者中的效果.方法选取我院2020年2月—2022年2月收治的90例下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组45例.对照组采用综合康复治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用关节CPM机治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节功能恢复情况及下肢静脉血栓发生情况.结果观察组的总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的各项美国特种外科医院膝关节评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的下肢静脉血栓发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论综合康复治疗联合关节CPM机应用于下肢骨折后膝关节活动功能障碍患者中的效果理想,可促进其关节功能恢复,降低下肢静脉血栓发生率,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with joint continuous passive motion(CPM)machine in patients with knee joint movement dysfunction after lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 90 patients with knee joint movement dysfunction after lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,and the control group was treated with joint CPM machine on this basis.The clinical efficacy,knee joint function recovery and lower limb venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the knee scores of American Hospital for Special Surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis in the observation group was 2.22%,lower than 22.22%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment combined with joint CPM machine in patients with knee joint movement dysfunction after lower limb fracture is ideal,which can promote the recovery of joint function and reduce the incidence of lower limb venous thrombosis,and is worthy of clinical application.
