摘要
目的探讨持续被动运动在下肢创伤患者中的疗效观察及对肢体功能的影响。方法选择2018年5月—2019年5月,在该院进行膝部骨折术治疗的患者88例。随机分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上采用CPM及综合康复治疗,两个月后对效果进行评估,比较两组症状缓解时间、ROM、肢体功能。结果经过治疗之后,观察组患者症状缓解用时较短,对照组用时相对较长,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主动屈膝以及被动屈膝的范围明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组10米步行所用时间为(22.13±7.52)s,对照组所用时间为(29.92±7.86)s,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续被动运动在下肢创伤患者的治疗,能够缩短症状缓解时间,扩大关节活动的范围,改善患者的肢体功能,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous passive exercise on limb function in patients with lower limb trauma.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,88 patients received knee fracture surgery in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 44 cases.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the observation group received CPM and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.After two months,the effect was evaluated,and the symptom relief time,ROM and limb function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the time for symptom relief was shorter in the observation group and longer in the control group,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of active and passive bended knees in the observation group was significantly larger than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of 10-meter walk was(22.13±7.52)s in the observation group and(29.92±7.86)s in the control group,which was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous passive exercise in the treatment of lower limb trauma patients,can shorten the symptom relief time,expand the range of joint movement,improve the limb function of patients,worthy of promotion and application.
