摘要
目的评估穴位敷贴与肺炎汤联合治疗方案在小儿痰热壅肺型支原体肺炎中的疗效。方法选取2022年3月—2023年1月在该院收治的89例痰热壅肺型支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=44)采用常规西药治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组用药基础上采用穴位贴敷联合肺炎汤治疗。对比分析两组患儿中医证候积分、免疫功能、肺功能、临床症状持续时间。结果治疗后,观察组患儿咽喉痛、发热和咳嗽积分分别为(0.56±0.11)分、(0.47±0.27)分、(0.48±0.14)分,均低于对照组的(1.45±0.25)分、(1.92±0.59)分、(1.54±0.19)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组IgM、IgA水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、最大呼气流量及第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量水平均大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳痰、肺啰音、发热、咳嗽持续缓解时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床可以采用穴位贴敷与肺炎汤联合治疗小儿痰热壅肺型支原体肺炎,此种方法不仅可以促使患儿临床症状尽快缓解,同时还能显著改善患儿肺功能,应用价值十分显著,值得进行推广。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the combination therapy of acupoint application and pneumonia decoction in the treatment of children with phlegm heat obstructed pulmonary mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 89 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia diagnosed and treated in the hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=44)was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group(n=45)was treated with acupoint application combined with pneumonia decoction on the basis of control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,immune function,lung function,and clinical symptom duration of two groups of children were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of throat pain,fever,and cough in the observation group were(0.56±0.11)points,(0.47±0.27)points,and(0.48±0.14)points,respectively,significantly lower than(1.45±0.25)points,(1.92±0.59)points and(1.54±0.19)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the IgM,IgA levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first second forced expiratory volume,maximum expiratory flow,and first second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity levels of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter duration of relief for coughing,lung rales,fever,and cough compared to the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with pulmonary mycoplasma pneumonia caused by phlegm heat accumulation,the combination of acupoint application and pneumonia decoction can be used for clinical treatment.It can not only promote the rapid relief of clinical symptoms in children,but also improve their lung function.The application value is very significant and is worth promoting.
