Effect of Low Frequency Pulse Electrotherapy Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Muscle Strength and Motor Function of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

摘要目的探讨低频脉冲电治疗联合康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2021年1月—2022年11月收治的96例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组48例。对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用低频脉冲电治疗,均连续干预4周。比较两组患者的肌力、运动功能及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组的伸膝肌峰力矩、屈膝肌峰力矩分别为(56.62±5.38)N·M、(36.79±3.84)N·M,均高于对照组的(45.74±5.22)N·M、(30.38±3.72)N·M,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表中上肢、下肢评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的各项健康调查简表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频脉冲电治疗联合康复训练可改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的肌力,促进其肢体运动功能恢复,进一步提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。 Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with rehabilitation training in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 96 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received low frequency pulse electrotherapy on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The muscle strength,motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the peak torque of knee extensor muscle and the peak torque of knee flexion muscle in the observation group were(56.62±5.38)N·M and(36.79±3.84)N·M,respectively,which were higher than(45.74±5.22)N·M and(30.38±3.72)N·M in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of upper and lower limbs and total score of Fugl-Meyer assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the MOS item short from health survey scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve the muscle strength of stroke patients with hemiplegia,promote the recovery of limb motor function,and further improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
