超短波理疗仪联合放松训练对输卵管阻塞性不孕再通术后患者妊娠率的影响

Effect of Ultrashort Wave Physiotherapy Instrument Combined with Relaxation Training on Pregnancy Rate of Patients after Tubal Obstructive Infertility Recanalization

摘要目的探析超短波理疗仪联合放松训练对输卵管阻塞性不孕再通术后患者妊娠率的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2021年7月于本院行输卵管阻塞性不孕再通术治疗的120例患者为研究对象,经随机信封法分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60)。术后,对照组进行放松训练,研究组在对照组基础上采用超短波理疗仪干预。比较两组患者的输卵管复通情况、术后1年内妊娠率、血液黏度指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组的输卵管复通率、术后1年内妊娠率分别为91.67%、63.33%,均高于对照组的76.67%和45.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度分别为(3.27±0.16)mPa·s、(8.78±0.33)mPa·s、(5.22±0.54)mPa·s,均低于对照组的(3.86±0.21)mPa·s、(9.67±0.24)mPa·s、(6.41±0.57)mPa·s,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输卵管阻塞性不孕再通术后患者采用超短波理疗仪联合放松训练干预的效果良好,可改善其输卵管复通情况及妊娠情况,纠正血液黏度指标,减少不良反应的发生。 Objective To explore the effect of ultrashort wave physiotherapy instrument combined with relaxation training on the pregnancy rate of patients after tubal obstructive infertility recanalization.Methods 120 patients who underwent tubal obstructive infertility recanalization in the hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group(n=60)and a study group(n=60)by random envelope method.After operation,the control group received relaxation training,and the study group received ultrashort wave physiotherapy instrument intervention on this basis.The tubal recanalization,pregnancy rate within 1 year after surgery,blood viscosity indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The tubal recurrence rate and the pregnancy rate within 1 year after surgery in the study group were 91.67%and 63.33%,respectively,which were higher than 76.67%and 45.00%in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity,whole blood high tangential viscosity in the study group were(3.27±0.16)mPa·s,(8.78±0.33)mPa·s,and(5.22±0.54)mPa·s,respectively,which were lower than(3.86±0.21)mPa·s,(9.67±0.24)mPa·s and(6.41±0.57)mPa·s in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ultrashort wave physiotherapy instrument combined with relaxation training in patients after tubal obstructive infertility recanalization is good,which can improve the tubal recanalization and pregnancy,correct the blood viscosity indexes,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
