醒脑开窍针刺法联合肌电生物反馈训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者表面肌电图及吞咽功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨醒脑开窍针刺法联合肌电生物反馈训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者表面肌电图及吞咽功能的影响.方法选择2020年3月—2022年10月兰陵县人民医院收治的76例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组38例.对照组进行肌电生物反馈训练,观察组在此基础上采用醒脑开窍针刺法,均持续干预4周.对比两组患者的洼田饮水试验等级、表面肌电图及吞咽功能.结果干预后,观察组的洼田饮水试验等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的平均波幅大于对照组,吞咽时限短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组的标准吞咽功能评定量表评分为(26.31±2.37)分,低于对照组的(34.29±2.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论醒脑开窍针刺法联合肌电生物反馈训练能有效改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的表面肌电图,提升吞咽功能,值得临床推广使用. Objective To investigate the effects of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with electromyographic biofeedback training on surface electromyography and swallowing function in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 76 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to Lanling County People's Hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received electromyographic biofeedback training,and the observation group received Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture on this basis.Both groups continued the intervention for 4 weeks.The Kubota water swallowing test grade,surface electromyography and swallowing function of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Kubota water swallowing test grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the average amplitude of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the swallowing time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the standardized swallowing assessment score of the observation group was(26.31±2.37)points,which was lower than(34.29±2.53)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with electromyographic biofeedback training can effectively improve the surface electromyography and improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with dysphagia,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
