摘要
目的探讨扶正补土针刺法配合肌电生物反馈治疗对老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者血液流变学、肢体功能恢复的影响.方法选择2021年9月—2023年2月济南市章丘区中医院收治的100例老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组实施肌电生物反馈治疗,观察组在此基础上实施扶正补土针刺法治疗,两组均连续治疗8周.比较两组治疗前后的血液流变学及肢体功能恢复情况评分.结果治疗前,两组血液流变学指标及肢体功能恢复情况评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组全血黏度(9.14±2.08)mPas、血浆黏度(1.33±0.28)mPas及血细胞比容(0.37±0.10)均低于对照组,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表的上肢(51.68±5.54)分、下肢(27.42±3.12)分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予老年脑卒中后偏瘫患者扶正补土针刺法联合肌电生物反馈治疗,可明显调节患者体内血液流变学,刺激上下肢肌肉,促进肢体功能恢复.
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Butu-acupuncture combined with myoelectric biofeedback on hemorheology and limb function recovery of elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 100 elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from September 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with EMG biofeedback,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion for strengthening the body resistance and tonifying the soil.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The hemorheology and the recovery of limb function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemorheology and limb function recovery between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity(9.14±2.08)mPas,plasma viscosity(1.33±0.28)mPas and hematocrit(0.37±0.10)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of upper limbs and lower limbs of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Rating Scale in the observation group were(51.68±5.54)points and(27.42±3.12)points,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with EMG biofeedback therapy for strengthening the body resistance and tonifying the soil in elderly patients with hemiplegia after stroke can obviously regulate the hemorheology in patients,stimulate the muscles of upper and lower limbs and promote the recovery of limb function.
