摘要
目的探讨吞咽训练联合"廉风金玉"针刺法治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果.方法选取2020年3月—2022年9月在泰州市中医院住院的60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组和观察组,各30例.对照组采用常规吞咽训练,观察组则在对照组基础上联合采用"廉风金玉"针刺法.采用洼田饮水试验及标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)共同对两组患者的吞咽功能进行评价,并比较.结果治疗前,两组洼田饮水试验分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组洼田饮水试验分级均较同组治疗前降低,且观察组洼田饮水试验分级(2.17±0.79)级低于对照组的(3.07±0.78)级,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组SSA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SSA评分均较同组治疗前降低,且观察组SSA评分(21.10±2.12)分低于对照组的(23.41±2.74)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者采用吞咽训练联合"廉风金玉"针刺法治疗,能够有效改善其吞咽功能.
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of swallowing training combined with"Lian Feng Jin Yu"acupuncture method on dysphagia stroke.Methods 60 patients with dysphagia after stroke who were hospitalized in Taizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine swallowing training,and the observation group was treated with"Lian Feng Jin Yu"acupuncture method on the basis of control group.The water swallow test and standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)were used to evaluate and compare the swallowing function of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in water swallow test grade between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the water swallow test grades in both groups were lower than before treatment of the same group,and the water swallow test grade of the observation group was(2.17±0.79)grade,which was lower than(3.07±0.78)grade of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SSA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the SSA scores in both groups were lower than before treatment of the same group,and the SSA score of the observation group was(21.10±2.12)points,which was lower than(23.41±2.74)points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing training combined with"Lian Feng Jin Yu"acupuncture method can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
