摘要
目的探讨针灸联合功能性电刺激对脑卒中偏瘫患者躯体控制能力的影响.方法选取天水市中西医结合医院2020年4月—2023年4月收治的79例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组.对照组(n=39)采用功能性电刺激治疗,研究组(n=40)在此基础上采用针灸治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效﹑躯体控制能力﹑肢体功能﹑日常生活能力及血液流变学指标.结果研究组的治疗总效率为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的Sheikh躯干控制评分中各部分评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分及改良Barthel指数评定量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的血浆黏度﹑全血黏度﹑红细胞压积﹑红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论脑卒中偏瘫患者采用针灸联合功能性电刺激治疗可显著提高躯体控制能力及日常生活能力,改善肢体功能及血液流变学指标,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation on the physical control ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 79 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Tianshui Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method.The control group(n=39)was treated with functional electrical stimulation,and the study group(n=40)was treated with acupuncture on this basis.The clinical efficacy,physical control ability,limb function,daily living ability and hemorheology of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of the study group was 90.00%,higher than 66.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores and total score of Sheikh trunk control scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment and modified Barthel index scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation can significantly improve the physical control ability and daily living ability,limb function and hemorheology indexes of stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
