摘要
目的探究米诺环素辅助一次法根管治疗对逆行性牙髓炎患者牙周指数、炎症因子水平的影响。方法选择2022年3月—2023年3月牡丹区中医院收治的88例逆行性牙髓炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=44)及观察组(n=44),对照组采用一次法根管治疗,观察组采用米诺环素辅助一次法根管治疗。对比两组患者的牙周指数指标、炎症因子水平及疼痛程度。结果治疗后,观察组的龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数、牙龈指数评分分别为(0.85±0.11)分、(0.88±0.09)分、(1.21±0.16)分,均低于对照组的(1.45±0.19)分、(1.28±0.16)分、(1.86±0.24)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平分别为(5.02±1.63)pg/mL、(2.15±0.86)ng/mL、(1.54±0.58)mg/L,均低于对照组的(7.61±2.12)pg/mL、(3.25±0.98)ng/mL、(2.44±0.72)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分为(1.25±0.64)分,低于对照组的(2.71±1.11)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逆行性牙髓炎患者采用米诺环素辅助一次法根管治疗,能改善其牙周指数,加快炎症反应消除,减轻疼痛,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of minocycline assisted one-time root canal therapy on periodontal index and inflammatory factor levels in patients with retrograde pulpitis.Methods 88 patients with retrograde pulpitis admitted to Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group(n=44)and an observation group(n=44)by random number table method.The control group received one-time root canal therapy,and the observation group received one-time root canal therapy assisted by minocycline.The periodontal index,inflammatory factor levels and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of sulcus bleeding index,plaque index and gingival index in the observation group were(0.85±0.11)points,(0.88±0.09)points and(1.21±0.16)points,which were lower than(1.45±0.19)points,(1.28±0.16)points and(1.86±0.24)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in the observation group were(5.02±1.63)pg/mL,(2.15±0.86)ng/mL and(1.54±0.58)mg/L,respectively,which were lower than(7.61±2.12)pg/mL,(3.25±0.98)ng/mL and(2.44±0.72)mg/L in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain Visual Analog Scale score of the observation group was(1.25±0.64)points,which was lower than(2.71±1.11)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline assisted one-time root canal therapy for retrograde pulpitis patients can improve their periodontal indexes,accelerate the elimination of inflammatory response and reduce pain,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
