摘要
目的:观察一次性根管治疗治疗牙体牙髓病的效果。方法:将80例在我院接受治疗的牙体牙髓病患者随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,分别采取一次性RCT和多次法RCT,对比两组治疗总有效率、VAS评分、用药时间和治疗时间,牙齿咬合力、出血指数、牙龈指数、炎症因子水平以及并发症发生率。结果:组间治疗总有效率、牙齿咬合力比较,观察组更高,组间疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)、出血指数、牙龈指数、IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、并发症发生率比较,观察组更低;组间用药时间和治疗时间比较观察组更短(P<0.05)。结论:一次性RCT相比于多次法RCT治疗牙体牙髓病更加安全、舒适。
Objective:To observe the effect of disposable root canal therapy on dental pulp diseases.Methods:Eighty patients with dental pulp diseases treated in our hospital were chosen from January 2018 to January 2021.Randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group,were treated with one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy respectively,and the curative effects of the two schemes were observed.Results:Compared between groups,the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group,lower in the observation group in VAS score(pain visual simulation score),shorter in the observation group in drug use time and treatment time,higher in the observation group in comparison of tooth bite force between groups,lower in the observation group in comparison of bleeding index and gingival index between groups.And lower in observation group in comparison of levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)among groups.Conclusion:One-time root canal therapy is safer and more effective than multiple root canal therapy for dental pulp diseases.
