摘要
目的探讨针灸疗法联合运动康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响.方法选取2022年5月—2023年4月该院收治的70例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各35例.对照组采用运动康复治疗,观察组采用针灸疗法结合运动康复治疗.比较两组经治疗后的神经缺损程度、临床疗效、中医证候积分、脑血流动力学.结果治疗2周后、治疗4周后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组言语不清、半身不遂、口舌歪斜等中医证候积分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组收缩期峰值速度、平均血流速度、舒张期血流速度均快于对照组,搏动指数低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针灸疗法联合运动康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效更为显著,可改善患者的神经功能和症状,促进脑血流动力学的提高.
Objective To analyze the clinical value of acupuncture therapy and exercise rehabilitation therapy in patients with acute stroke hemiplegia.Methods 70 patients with acute stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with exercise rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with exercise rehabilitation.The degree of nerve defect,clinical effect,TCM syndrome points and cerebral hemodynamics were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale points in observation group were lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Overall response rate of observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The points of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome such as slurred speech,hemiplegia and skew of speech in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of peak systolic velocity,average blood flow velocity and diastolic blood flow velocity in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,the pulsation index was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation therapy has more significant effect on patients with acute stroke hemiplegia,which can improve the neurological function and symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics.
