摘要
目的分析针灸联合运动康复训练在缺血性脑卒中(IS)偏瘫患者中的应用效果.方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月本院收治的90例IS偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组45例.对照组进行运动康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用针灸治疗,均持续治疗4周.对比两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能、运动功能及生活质量.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).治疗后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(8.36±1.54)分,低于对照组的(14.29±2.27)分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表评分为(68.54±8.22)分,高于对照组的(59.83±7.05)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分分别为(78.96±4.96)分、(77.65±4.38)分、(79.72±4.24)分、(80.57±4.83)分,均高于对照组的(67.46±4.12)分、(69.83±3.75)分、(70.68±3.45)分、(72.38±3.96)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论采用针灸联合运动康复训练治疗IS偏瘫的效果显著,可提高患者的神经功能及运动功能,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation training in ischemic stroke(IS)patients with hemiplegia.Methods 90 patients with IS hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received exercise rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale score of the observation group was(8.36±1.54)points,which was lower than(14.29±2.27)points of the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer assessment score was(68.54±8.22)points,which was higher than(59.83±7.05)points of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life status of the generic quality of life inventory-74 in the observation group were(78.96±4.96)points,(77.65±4.38)points,(79.72±4.24)points and(80.57±4.83)points,respectively,which were higher than(67.46±4.12)points,(69.83±3.75)points,(70.68±3.45)points and(72.38±3.96)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with exercise rehabilitation training in the treatment of IS hemiplegia has a remarkable effect,which can improve the neurological function and motor function of patients and improve their quality of life,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
