摘要
针对目前广泛应用的电力系统二次设备时间同步监测功能测试不便的问题,提出了一种自动调试的方法,设计了一种测试装置,模拟产生对时源信号的各种正常及异常变化场景,并依托该装置搭建了自动测试系统验证二次设备时间同步监测功能.测试系统由测试管理单元、时间同步测试单元和被测试单元组成,测试管理单元包含时间同步测试单元控制模块、IEC103/IEC104/IEC61850模块、NTP模块,时间同步测试单元控制模块主要提供人机接口,用于控制时间同步测试单元,时间同步测试单元输出IRIG-B正常及异常编码脉冲信号,模拟对时源信号的各种应用场景,测试管理模块通过NTP模块获取被测试单元的时钟信息,通过IEC103/IEC104/IEC61850获取被测试单元的SOE事件及设备的状态自检信息,对被测试单元的结果自动校核,生成测试报告,完成整个测试过程.该系统通过采用灵活的软件功能和高性能硬件接口保证对时的精度和测试便利性,解决了以往电力系统二次设备时间同步监测功能测试需要搭建复杂测试环境,且需要人工配合才能完成的弊端,全自动测试,应用方便,涵盖功能场景丰富,具备很高的实用性.
Aiming at the inconvenience of testing the time synchronization monitoring function of secondary equipment widely used in power system,this paper proposes an automatic debugging method,designs a test device,simulates various normal and abnormal change scenarios of the time source signal,and builds an automatic test system based on the device to verify the time synchronization monitoring function of the secondary equipment.The test system consists of test management unit,time synchronization test unit and tested device:the test management unit consists of time synchronization test unit control module,IEC103/IEC104/IEC61850 module and NTP module.The time synchronization test unit control module mainly provides human-machine interface,which is used to control the time synchronization test unit.The time synchronization test unit outputs normal and abnormal IRIG-B signal,simulates various application scenarios of time-source signals for test.The test management module obtains the clock information of the device under test through the NTP module,obtains the SOE events and the status self-test information of the equipment under test through IEC103/IEC104/IEC61850,automatically verifies the test results,generates a test report,and completes the whole test process.This paper uses flexible software functions and high-performance hardware interfaces to ensure the accuracy of time synchronization and convenience of testing,and solves the disadvantages of the previous test of time synchronization monitoring function of secondary equipment in power system,which needs to build a complex test environment and can be completed with manual cooperation.Full-automatic testing is convenient for application,covers a wide range of functional scenarios,and has high practicability.
