国内外电压互感器二次回路接地方式比较分析 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了国内外常规变电站电压互感器二次回路接地方式的差异.对于国内工程,比较强调设备可靠性,电压互感器的中性线不允许接有可能断开的开关或熔断器,有电气联系的电压互感器的二次回路只能在相关保护室一点接地;对于国外工程,更关心抗干扰,要求在开关场就地端子箱处接地.通过比较分析两种电压互感器二次回路接地方式,说明了中性线是否参与电压切换/并列操作的优缺点.提出了在进行国外工程设计时,电压互感器二次回路接地改进方案,使之满足相关国外标准的要求. This paper introduces the differences of secondary circuit grounding modes of voltage transformers in conventional substations at home and abroad.For domestic projects,more emphasis is laid on equipment reliability.The neutral line of the voltage transformer is not allowed to be connected to the switch or fuse that may be disconnected,and the secondary circuit of the voltage transformer with electrical connections can only be grounded at one point in the relevant protection room.For foreign projects,more attention is paid to anti-interference,requiring grounding at switchyard marshalling box.By comparing and analysing the two secondary circuit grounding modes of voltage transformer,the paper explains the advantages and disadvantages of whether the neutral line participates in voltage switching/parallel operation,and finally proposes an improved grounding scheme for secondary circuit of voltage transformer to meet the requirements of relevant foreign standards.
