摘要
为提高变电站运维检修的工作效率,研究了3/2接线方式下母差保护中扩建间隔压板在启动过程中的操作次序优化,这对电网的安全稳定运行具有重要的意义.在保证电网设备安全稳定运行的前提下,对500 kV电压等级变电站扩建5011断路器间隔的案例进行分析.通过对500 kV I母母差保护5011断路器间隔压板的操作顺序进行调整,得出不同操作顺序下的5011断路器间隔压板变化情况,从而分析得出500 kV I母母差保护5011断路器间隔压板操作次序对断路器保护、母差保护等保护动作行为的影响.基于此提出500 kV I母母差保护5011断路器间隔压板最优操作次序,结果表明在最优操作次序下压板操作量减少60%以上,并且保护动作行为不受影响.
In order to improve the efficiency of substation operation and maintenance,this paper makes studies on optimizing the operation sequence of expanding bay plate in bus-bar differential protection under 3/2 breaker substation arrangement during start-up,which is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of the power grid.First,under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid equipment,the paper analyzes the case of expanding the 5011 circuit breaker bay plate in the substation of 500 kV voltage level.Then,by adjusting the operation routine of the 5011 circuit breaker bay plate in the 500 kV I bus-bar differential protection,the paper obtains the changes of the 5011 circuit breaker bay plate under different operation routines,and thus through analysis obtains the influence of the operation routines of the 5011 circuit breaker bay plate in the 500 kV I bus-bar differential protection on circuit breaker protection,bus-bar differential protection and other protective actions.Finally,the paper is based on this to propose the optimal operation routine for the 5011 circuit breaker bay plate expansion in 500 kV I bus-bar differential protection.The results show that following the optimal operation routine,the plate operation workload has been reduced by more than 60%,and the protection behavior is not affected.
