摘要
针对高密度城市开发地区慢行系统发展困境,首先,分析高密度城市开发地区城市特点、慢行交通特点以及常见慢行问题;其次,对国内外先进城市慢行系统规划发展案例进行分析总结;最后,基于对常规慢行系统规划分析基础上,提出高密度城市开发地区慢行系统发展对策.建议从推进站城一体化发展、规划建设立体慢行网络、精细化设计慢行设施、有机分配路权、近远期改造等破解高密城市开发地区慢行系统规划建设难题,以此构建连续安全、便捷可达、舒适健康、全龄友好的慢行系统,打造高品质慢行街区,提高慢行出行体验,引导居民绿色出行.
In view of the development dilemma of the slow traffic system in high-density urban development area,the paper first analyzes the urban characteristics,slow traffic characteristics and common slow traffic problems in high-density urban development areas.Secondly,it analyzes and summarizes the planning and development cases of advanced urban slow traffic system at home and abroad.Finally,based on the analysis of the conventional slow traffic system planning,the key points for the development of slow traffic systems in high-density urban development area are put forward.It is necessary to solve the problems in the planning and construction of the slow traffic system in high-density urban development area by promoting the integrated development of stations and cities,planning and building a three-dimensional slow-moving traffic network,refined design of slow-moving facilities,organic allocation of road rights,and near and long-term reconstruction.In this way,a continuous safe,convenient and accessible,comfortable and healthy slow traffic system that is friendly to all ages will be built,high-quality slow-moving blocks will be created,the slow-moving travel experience will be improved,and residents will be guided in green travel.
