摘要
商业与公益结合遇到了目标冲突和操作难题,履行企业社会责任过程中企业会遇到核心目标与外围目标的冲突,价值共享型资本主义不可避免地遇到了经济与社会目标的冲突,这些冲突都源于未能充分把握资本的本质特征.当前鼓励社会力量兴办公益事业应当充分正视社会力量对利润及其他投资目标的追求,结合社会力量在参与社会公益事业时不同的倾向性,坚持细分思路和精细化设计,兼顾投资目标与公益性要求,促进社会力量和公益事业各种项目更好匹配,实现社会力量与公益事业有效融合,促进社会公益事业健康持续发展.
The combination of business and public welfare has encountered the conflict of objectives and operational problems.In the process of fulfilling corporate social responsibility,enterprises will encounter the conflict of core objectives and peripheral objectives.Value sharing capitalism inevitably encounters the conflict of economic and social objectives.All of these conflicts and problems originate from the essential characteristics of capital.At present,in order to encourage non-governmental forces to participate in social public welfare,we should fully respect the characteristics of capital,and the willingness of non-governmental forces to participate in social public welfare.We should subdivide and elaborate non-governmental forces and public welfare projects,to realize the balance between public welfare and pursuing profits,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of social public welfare.
