摘要
目的:探讨在慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者护理中实施全面护理的效果。方法:研究包含60例观察对象,设定研究期起-止范围2021年1月-2022年12月,从慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者中筛取,入组后经随机数字表法进行分组(两组,每组30例),分别应用全面护理(观察组)与常规护理(对照组),以患者自我护理能力改善情况、不良反应发生情况为评价标准,对比不同治疗方案对患者的实践应用情况。结果:经护理干预,观察组中患者CDSES慢性病自我效能量表自我管理、一般自我效能、达成结果与应对问题各维度评分均高于对照组,(p<0.05);观察组中患者腹膜透析治疗中腹膜炎、引流障碍、渗漏等不良反应总发生率低于对照组,(p<0.05)。结论:在慢性肾功能衰竭腹膜透析患者护理中实施全面护理,能够有效改善患者的自护能力,预防相关不良反应,改善患者生存质量,效果显著,推荐参考使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing in peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Method:The study included 60 observation subjects,whose study period was from January 2021 to December 2022.They were selected from peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure and divided into two groups by random number table method(30 cases in each group).Comprehensive nursing(observation group)and conventional nursing(control group)were respectively applied.The improvement of patients'self-care ability and the occurrence of adverse reactions were used as evaluation criteria to compare the practical application of different treatment schemes to patients.Results:After nursing intervention,the scores of CDSES chronic disease self-efficacy scale,general self-efficacy,achievement results and coping problems in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The total incidence of peritonitis,drainage disturbance,leakage and other adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in the care of peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients,
