多功能纳米清洁减阻剂GPFR-2的研制及现场应用

摘要 针对页岩气开发中现有减阻剂存在的诸多不足,研制出一种新型多功能纳米清洁减阻剂GPFR-2.采用红外光谱对其结构进行表征,结果显示GPFR-2含有各官能团的所有特征吸收峰,表明各聚合单体成功参与了共聚,粒度分析显示其粒度分布范围在3~30 nm之间.性能评价结果显示GPFR-2可在20 s内完全溶解,集减阻、防膨、对地层伤害低、抗盐能力强及残渣含量低等多功能于一体.室内研究表明,当GPFR-2加量为0.1%时,减阻率可高达75.6%,防膨率超过90%,对页岩地层伤害率仅为1.8%.现场应用结果表明,GPFR-2携砂性能优异,可有效降低摩阻,在页岩气和低渗透致密油气藏开发中有广阔的应用前景. Aiming to solve the shortcomings of existing fracturing fluid system and drag reducer in shale gas development,this paper developed a new multi-functional nano-cleaning drag reducer GPFR-2 by emulsion polymerization in the combination of internal phase and external phase.The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and results showed that GPFR-2 contained all characteristic absorption peaks of various functional groups,indicating that the polymerization monomers successfully participated in the copolymerization.Particle size analysis showed a particle size distribution ranging between 3~30 nm about GPFR-2.The performance evaluation results showed that GPFR-2 can be completely dissolved within 20 s and it combined the functions of drag reduction,anti-expansion,low damage to the formation,strong salt resistance ability and low residue in one.The indoor’s research results showed that as the GPFR-2 addition amount was 0.1%,the drag reduction rate could be up to as high as 75.6%,anti-expansion rate was over 90%,and the damage rate to shale formation was only 1.8%.Field application results showed that GPFR-2 owns excellent sand-carrying performance and can effectively reduce friction.All this characteristics indicated that GPFR-2 showing a broad application prospects in the development of shale gas and low-permeability tight reservoirs.
