摘要
概述了自由基反相乳液聚合制备聚丙烯酰胺及其共聚物的工艺发展过程 ,介绍了反相乳液成核机理、反相乳液聚合动力学、反相乳液聚合体系中的单体乳液稳定性、胶粒大小和形态、聚合物的组成及其分子量的测定方法。讨论了乳化剂、连续相、引发剂种类等以及合成工艺对聚丙烯酰胺产品结构和性能的影响 ,并指出目前所面临的问题。
This paper is a short review of free-radical synthesis of polyacrylamide and copolymer with inverse emulsion polymerization. The developments on technology in recent year were summarized. The influence of synthesis, technological factors on the structure and properties of polyacrylamides was discussed. The kinetics, the mechanism of nucleation; the monomers latex stability, the bulk and shape of bakelites, the polyers form and molecular weight on inverse emulsion polymerization of acrylamide and copolymer were introduced in here.
