摘要
目的终末期肾病(ESRD)是多种慢性肾脏疾病发展的终末阶段,此时患者肾功能急剧下降,需采取及时有效的干预措施以控制病情进展.血液透析(HD)作为治疗ESRD的首选措施,能够有效清除患者机体代谢废物,延长患者生存期.然而HD不能完全替代肾脏功能,HD治疗后机体毒素仍难以完全清除,进而造成毒素堆积,引发氨性口臭、胃纳差、呕吐等状况,严重影响患者身心健康.康复新液作为中药制剂,可内服亦可外用,可有效修复各类创伤与溃疡创面.为此,本文从康复新液对ESRD HD患者氨性口臭、口腔黏膜烧灼性疼痛干预的影响作一综述.
End-stage kidney disease(ESRD)is the final stage of the development of multiple chronic kidney diseases,when patients decline sharply in renal function and need timely and effective interventions to control the progress of the disease.Hemodialysis(HD),as the preferred measure for the treatment of ESRD,can effectively remove the patient's body metabolic waste and prolong patient survival.However,HD cannot completely replace kidney function.After HD treatment,toxins are still difficult to be completely removed,resulting in toxin accumulation,causing bad ammonia halitosis,poor stomach intake,vomiting and other conditions,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.As a new rehabilitation agent,it can be used internally or externally,which can effectively repair all kinds of wounds and ulcer wounds.Therefore,this article reviews the effects of ammonia halitosis and oral mucosa burning pain intervention in ESRD HD patients.
