摘要
文章首先构建了技术效率影响高端制造业国际转移的理论模型,其次在借助网络SBM-DEA模型测算技术效率基础上建立计量模型检验,证实二者之间存在显著的非线性关系.进一步研究表明,技术效率对不同国家的影响路径有很大差异:新兴市场国家更依赖于研发效率的提高,而发达国家更依赖市场效率.不仅如此,技术效率对高端制造业倒U型影响也有显著的异质性,即ODI水平较低、FDI水平较高、中间品进口较少、关税水平较低的国家更为突出.
This PaPer first discusses a theoretical mechanism of how technological efficiency affecting the transfer of high-tech manufacturing industry.Based on scientific quantification and decomPosition of technical efficiency by Professional software,we establish an econometric model for cross-country emPirical test.It shows that there is a significant nonlinear effect relationshiP between technical efficiency and the international transfer of high-tech manufacturing which is still stable after the correction of endogeneity by the SYS-GMM method.At the same time,it is found that DeveloPing countries rely on the imProvement of research and develoPment efficiency,while develoPed countries rely more on market efficiency.Also in case of higher FDI,lower ODI,lower tariff,and fewer imPort of immediate goods,the effect is more strong.
