摘要
以创新、协调、绿色、开放和共享五大发展理念为一级指标,构建了涵盖创新投入、城乡协调、资源消耗、贸易开放、民生改善等10个二级指标,R&D经费投入强度、城镇化率、单位GDP能耗、对外直接投资、城乡居民收入比等30个三级指标的新时代中国区域经济高质量发展评价指标体系,并测算分析了2015-2022年中国31个省(自治区、直辖市)的经济高质量发展水平.研究表明:中国经济高质量发展存在明显的区域非均衡态势,大致呈现东部、中部和东北部、西部依次递减态势;区域经济高质量发展的结构协调性经历了从初期的极不耦合到后期中度耦合的变化,协调性则保持在中度协调的范围内,水平略有提升.
Taking the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness,and sharing as the first indexes,10 secondary indexes covering Innovation investment,Urban-rural coordination,Resource consumption,Trade opennessand People's livelihoodimprovement,30 tertiary indexes covering R&D expenditure intensity,Urbanization rate,Energy consumption per unit of GDP,Outward direct investment and Income ratio of urban and rural residents,have been constructed the evaluation index system for high-quality development of regional economy in China in the new era,and the level of high-quality economic development in 31 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)of China from 2015 to 2022 has been calculated and analyzed.The research indicate that there is a significant regional imbalance in the high-quality development of China's economy,roughly showing a decreasing trend in the eastern,central,northeastern,and western regions.The structural coordination of high-quality regional economic development has undergone a change from extremely uncoupled in the initial stage to moderately coupled in the later stage,while the coordination remains within the range of moderate coordination,with a slight improvement in level.
