贵州主要产煤茶区茶鲜叶矿物元素含量研究

Study on Mineral Elements Content of Fresh Tea Leaves in Main Coal-producing Tea Areas of Guizhou

摘要 为了解贵州茶叶矿山区新鲜茶叶中矿物元素的含量。采用微波消解和ICP-MS技术测定了贵州6个县区(六盘水水城区、纳雍县、织金县、六枝特区、兴仁市和黔西市)茶园种植区新鲜茶树叶片中主要矿物元素的含量。铬和铅分别在兴仁和水城茶区新鲜茶叶含量相对较高,而砷和镉在黔西新鲜茶叶中的含量均相对较低,均远低于国家标准中规定的安全范围。贵州矿山茶区新鲜茶叶中常量元素Al的含量相对较高(1126.48~173.62 mg/kg),而Ca含量相对较低(2.17~1.23 mg/kg)。贵州矿山茶区新鲜茶叶中微量元素Mn的含量相对较高(897.80~33.07 mg/kg),Fe、Zn和Ba的含量中等,而Cu的含量相对较低,其含量为3.84~1.42 mg/kg,均远低于国家标准中规定的安全范围(Cu≤30 mg/kg)。贵州矿山茶产区茶叶中富含多种矿物元素,且不同茶区茶叶中元素含量存在以下差异,为贵州茶叶质量安全生产提供参考。 In order to definite content of mineral elements in fresh tea from Guizhou mine area,the content of mineral elements in fresh tea leaves from seven tea gardens of Guizhou(Zhenfeng,Liupanshui,Nayong,Zhijin,Liuzhi,Xingren and Qianxi)using technology of microwave digestion and ICP-MS.The results showed that multiple mineral elements were rich in teas from Guizhou mine area,and their contents were varied in teas from different regions.For example,the contents of Cr and Pb in fresh tea from Zhenfeng and Shuicheng tea areas were more higher than others elements.While contents of As and Cd in fresh tea from Qianxi tea areas were relatively lowerthan others elements.However,heavy metal contents in fresh tea from Guizhou were far lower than safety range specified in the national standard.The contents of major element Al in fresh tea from different tea areas in Guizhou mine area were relatively higher than others elements(1126.48~173.62 mg/kg),while contents of Ca were relatively lower than others elements(2.17~1.23 mg/kg).The contents of trace element Mn in fresh tea from the same tea areas of Guizhou mine area were relatively more higher than others elements with 897.80~33.07 mg/kg,and contents of Fe,Zn and Ba were medium.While contents of Cu in fresh tea were relatively lower than others trace elements,which contents were 3.84~1.42 mg/kg.However,contents of Cu in fresh tea of Guizhou were far lower than safety range specified in the national standard(Cu≤30 mg/kg).The results could provide a reference for the quality and safety production of tea in Guizhou.
