摘要
目的:分析肝功能与血脂血清学指标在脂肪肝诊断中的价值。方法:选取2020年4月—2023年10月毕节市纳雍县中医医院收治的疑似脂肪肝患者70例作为研究对象。所有患者均接受肝功能与血脂血清学检测,以临床综合诊断为“金标准”,评价肝功能、血脂血清学指标单独检测及肝功能与血脂血清学指标联合检测在脂肪肝诊断中的价值。结果:联合检测灵敏度、准确度高于肝功能、血脂血清学指标单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三种检测方法特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝功能与血脂血清学指标在脂肪肝诊断中的价值较高,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the value of liver function and blood lipid serological indicators in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods:A total of 70 patients with suspected fatty liver disease were selected as the study objects at Nayong TCM Hospital of Bijie City from April 2020 to October 2023.All patients received liver function and blood lipid serological tests.Clinical comprehensive diagnosis was taken as the"gold standard"to evaluate the value of single and combined detection of liver function and lipid serological indexes in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Results:The sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than that of single detection of liver function and blood lipid serological indicators(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the specificity of the three methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:The blood lipid serological indicators of liver function and lipids are of high value in the diagnosis of fatty liver.
