摘要
通过对我国台湾五所顶尖大学本科人才培养体系展开研究,发现其具有培养目标明晰、学科建设社会回应能力强、强调"以生为本"的人才培养理念、具有完备的教学与研究发展中心、校长高度参与、国际化程度高等特征,相关研究对大陆地区开展一流大学人才培养体系建设有一定的参考意义。
Based on the research on the features of undergraduate talent cultivation mode in five top universities in Taiwan,it is found that they have such features as distinct objectives of talent cultivation,strong social response ability to discipline construction,student-oriented cultivation concept emphasis,complete teaching and research development center,high participation of university president,and high level of internationalization,etc.The related research has provided a valuable reference to the construction of talent training system in the mainland first-class universities.
