摘要
通过培养模式、培养内容及指导教师团队结构等方面分析了目前农学类研究生培养的局限性。从提高农学类研究生科研试验效率,增强就业竞争力等方面,结合西南科技大学海南实践基地在农学类研究生培养方面的实践案例,探讨了南繁基地在提升农学类研究生培养质量方面的积极作用。
This study analyzes the limitations of the current cultivation of agricultural graduate students through the aspects of training mode,training content and the structure of guidance teachers′team.In this study,combining with the practical cases of Hainan practice base in agricultural postgraduate training,the positive role of south breeding base in improving the quality of agricultural postgraduate training is discussed from the aspects of improving the efficiency of agricultural postgraduate research experiment and enhancing the competitiveness of employment,etc.
