摘要
                
                    建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定变压器油中金属元素的定量分析方法。该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高和重现性好等特点。通过测试铁元素(Fe)检出限为0.08 mg/kg,铜元素(Cu)检出限为0.06 mg/kg,加标回收率在96%~103%之间。还建立了ICP-AES测定变压器油中金属元素数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数测量不确定度来源进行分析,分别对A类不确定度和B类不确定度进行评定。对各个不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到变压器油中铁元素的不确定度为(1. 45±0.26) mg/kg(k=2);铜元素为(1.84±0.30) mg/kg(k=2),此不确定度主要来源于标准溶液配制过程和测试重复性。
                
                The quantitative analysis method of metallic elements in transformer oil with inductively couple plasma-atomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES) was established. The test method is simple,rapid and accurate. The analytical results showed that the detection limit of iron and copper are 0.08 mg/kg and 0.06 mg/kg respectively,the recovery rate is in the range of 96% ~ 103%. Besides,a mathematic model for evaluating the uncertainty of metallic elements by ICP-AES was established. The uncertainties of type A and type B were evaluated. According to the international general method,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended. The uncertainty of iron is 1.45±0.26 mg/kg( k = 2),the uncertainty of copper is 1.84±0.30 mg/kg( k = 2). The sources of uncertainty mainly come from the preparation of standard solution series and the repeatability test.
