摘要
在我国,酒精性肝病(alcoholic liver disease,ALD)仅次于病毒性肝炎,已成为引起肝功损害的第二大病因。氧化应激损伤和肠源性内毒素血症学说在ALD的病理生理中发挥着着极其重要的作用。Keap1-Nrf2-ARE通路下游的II相代谢酶及抗氧化蛋白/酶在抗氧化应激损伤作用中占据极其重要的地位。基于此,本文主要从Keap1-Nrf2-ARE信号通路基本结构、所调控的下游靶蛋白及酒精性肝病的研究进展作一阐述。
In China,alcoholic liver disease(ALD)which is only to viral hepatiti has became the secondly reason that leading liver function damage.Oxidative stress injury and intestinal endotoxemia play an significant role in the pathophysiology of ALD.II phase metabolic enzymes and antioxidant proteins/enzymes downstream of Keap1-Nrf2-ARE pathway play an significant role in antioxidant stress injury.Based on this,this paper mainly reviews the basic structure of Keap1-Nrf2-ARE signal pathway,the regulated downstream target proteins and the research progress of alcoholic liver disease.
