摘要
本文系统梳理了双向FDI协调发展、产业结构演进影响环境污染的理论机制,进而利用耦合协调函数测算了双向FDI协调发展水平的指标,并实证检验了双向FDI协调发展水平、产业结构演进对环境污染的影响。结果显示:(1)现阶段中国双向FDI的协调发展水平显著抑制了环境污染,在分样本情况下这一结论依旧成立;(2)中国产业结构合理化水平较低,导致了环境污染增加,但产业结构高度化水平对环境污染产生了显著的抑制作用;(3)双向FDI协调发展水平有利于要素在全球范围内的配置,这就促进了产业结构合理化水平上升,进而抑制了环境污染;(4)双向FDI协调发展水平抑制了产业结构高度化,从而导致了环境污染增加。
This paper started with a systematic review of the theoretical mechanisms of two-way FDI coordinated development and industrial structure evolution on environmental pollution.Then the index of the coordinated development level of two-way FDI was measured by the coupling coordination function.Finally,we empirically tested the influence of coordinated development of two-way FDI and the optimization of industrial structure on environmental pollution.The results show that:At present,the coordinated development level of China’s two-way FDI significantly inhibits pollution emissions.This conclusion still holds in the case of sub-samples.The level of rationalization of China’s industrial structure is low,leading to an increase in environmental pollution,but the supererogation of industrial structure has a significant inhibitory effect on environmental pollution.The level of coordinated development of two-way FDI is conducive to the global allocation of factors,which promotes the level of rationalization of industrial structure and thus inhibits environmental pollution.The coordinated development level of two-way FDI plays a limited role in promoting the supererogation of industrial structure,which has led to an increase in pollution emissions.
