摘要
高等外语教育关系到人才的培养质量,关系到中国同世界各国的交流互鉴,更关系到中国参与全球治理体系的改革建设。本文主要围绕新时代高等外语教育的“三变、两新、两大”,即识变、应变、求变,新使命、大格局,新文科、大外语,探讨其改革发展的总体要求、总体思路、总体措施、总体标准和总体目标。我们要把握高等教育发展大势,建设一流本科教育,加快推进新文科建设,培养高素质外语人才。
Higher foreign language education plays an important role in the cultivation of talents, China's interactions with other countries and China's participation in global governance. This article discusses the reform and development of higher foreign language education in the new era-its overall needs, plans, measures, standards and objectives. We need to lead the trend, develop high quality undergraduate education, speed up the development of new arts and humanities deciplines, and cultivate excellent foreign language talents.
