摘要
以特变电工集团为例,以企业发展的关键里程碑事件为分析单元,探讨转型经济背景下,企业制度机会捕获机制构建问题。研究结果发现,制度变迁驱动形成了两类制度机会:探索型制度机会和开发型制度机会,企业通过资源重构和反身性构建机制实现国内、国外探索性机会捕获;通过资源组合和身份重构机制实现国内、国外开发型机会捕获;针对制度机会类型与嵌入情境的不同,民营企业制度机会捕获机制也有所差异;场域特征的差异导致其捕获机制侧重不同:国内机会捕获以"资源"为重点,追求国家需求互补性和发展一致性;国外机会捕获以"身份"为重点,提供解决方案以获得东道国支持。
Based on the case study of TBEA,this study takes the key milestones cases of enterprise development as the analysis unit to explore the question construct of institutional opportunity capture internal mechanism of the private enterprises in the context of transitional economy.The results show that:(1)Institutional change has driven two types of institutional opportunities:exploratory institutional opportunity and exploitatory institutional opportunities,enterprises capture opportunities for domestic and foreign exploratory institutional opportunities respectively through resource reconstruction and reflexive construction mechanisms;and enterprises capture opportunities for domestic and foreign exploitatory institutional opportunities respectively through resource combination and identity reconfiguration mechanisms;(2)For private enterprises,The differences between opportunity types and embedded situations lead to the heterogeneity of their capture mechanisms;(3)different field characteristics have different emphasis on capture mechanism:domestic opportunity capture focuses on"resource"and pursues the complementarity of national needs and development consistency;foreign opportunity capture focuses on"identity"and provides solutions for host country support.
