摘要
契丹大小字记录的十二生肖之一“巳蛇”①,由于参与拼写的一个小字原字的拟音经历了重大修改,原来甚为规整的满蒙语对应形式出现了明显的扞格。经过重新审视和调整,我们在阿尔泰语中找到了跟修订的拟音形式能够系联的多个相关语汇。进而,契丹大字拼写的“巳蛇”术语,我们也能给出较为完整、圆融的解释了。
The Khitan terms“Snake the sixth zodiac”recorded in macroscript(大字)and microscript(小字)have their phonetic reconstruction largely revised on account of one of the spelling protoscript(原字)'s renewed decipherment,just to being an obvious contradiction among the alleged Mongol-Tungusic cognates.From the broader Altaic perspective,there appear quite a few unexcavated proper cognates to the revised spelling forms in Khitan microscript;furthermore,the terms in Khitan macroscript can be elucidated smoothly based on the renewed reconstruction.
