摘要
本研究通过HIIT连续训练29~45周龄大鼠16周,观察其对大鼠骨骼肌MG29蛋白(收缩机能指标)、大鼠体重(形态指标)、VO2max(有氧能力指标)以及力竭运动时间(整体运动能力指标),探讨HIIT训练对大鼠心肺耐力影响,为HIIT在肌肉衰减综合征中的预防以及患者心肺耐力的改善提供理论依据。整个研究过程中,雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为3组,基础组(B组)10只,增龄对照组(C组)25只,HIIT运动组(H组)25只。各组大鼠先进行一周适应性喂养,接着B组大鼠直接测试VO2max,C组大鼠正常喂养后,不运动,每隔两周测试一次VO2max,H组大鼠进行HIIT训练(高强度:90%VO2max;低强度:50%VO2max;高低强度间歇)每周5次,每次50 min,同样,每隔两周测试一次VO2max,各组大鼠分别在1周,8周和16周时,进行力递增负荷竭运动测试和取材。研究结果显示,与C组相比,第16周时,H组MG29表达水平增加(p<0.05);与B组相比,第16周时,C组VO2max显著下降(p<0.01),体重明显上升(p<0.01),H组仅VO2max下降(p<0.05),体重无明显变化。研究结果表明,增龄会使心肺耐力下降,体重上升,而HIIT训练可以通过提高骨骼肌中MG29蛋白的表达,改善大鼠心肺耐力。
In this study,we continuously trained 16-week-old 29~45-week-old rats through HIIT,and observed their effects on MG29 protein(Contractile function index),rat body weight(Morphological index),VO2max(Aerobic capacity index),and exhaustive exercise time(Indicator of overall exercise ability),explore the effect of HIIT training on cardiopulmonary endurance in rats,and provide theoretical basis for the prevention of HIIT in muscular attenuation syndrome and improvement of patients’cardiopulmonary endurance.During the entire study,60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,10 in the basic group(Group B),25 in the aging control group(Group C),and 25 in the HIIT exercise group(Group H).Rats in each group were given adaptive feeding for one week.Then,rats in group B were directly tested for VO2max.After normal feeding in group C,rats were not exercised,and VO2maxwas tested every two weeks.Group H rats were trained for HIIT(High intensity:90%VO2max;low intensity:50%VO2max;High and low intensity intermittent)5 times a week for 50 min each time,again,VO2max is tested every two weeks.At the time of the test,a progressive stress exhaustion exercise test and material selection were performed.The results showed that compared with group C,at the 16 th week,the expression level of MG29 in group H increased(p<0.05);Compared with group B,in the 16 th week,VO2maxin group C significantly decreased(p<0.01),weight increased significantly(p<0.01),only VO2maxdecreased in group H(p<0.05),and there was no significant change in body weight.The results showed that increasing age will reduce cardiopulmonary endurance and weight gain,and HIIT training can improve the cardiorespiratory endurance of rats by increasing the expression of MG29 protein in skeletal muscle.
