摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见疾病,主要症状有不同程度的功能障碍和疼痛,严重影响患者工作、学习和生活质量,同时也给患者家庭及社会造成一定经济负担。LDH治疗手段丰富,主要有保守治疗和手术治疗2类。本研究对国内外LDH治疗研究进展进行了综述,以期为LDH患者的治疗方案选择和康复进程提供借鉴和参考。
Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical disease.Its main symptoms include varying degrees of dysfunction and pain,which seriously affect the patient′s work,study and quality of life,and also cause a certain economic burden on the patient′s family and the society.The means of LDH treatment are diverse,which can be divided into two categories,namely,conservative treatment and surgical treatment.This study summarizes the research progress of LDH treatment at home and abroad,serving as reference for the treatment choice and rehabilitation process of LDH patients.
